Often the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for help, Susan is the starting point for many on their post-conviction legal or reentry journey—providing clear information and steady guidance from day one.

With a strong background in operations and investigative work, she brings a unique combination of administrative precision and research skill to the team. Since becoming an ordained minister in 2019, she has dedicated much of her life to serving the judicially impacted, finding in post-conviction work a calling as much as a career.
