Post Conviction Project is a Florida Supreme Court-approved legal aid organization. Unlike at trial, people seeking post-conviction remedies have no guaranteed right to counsel and when requested, is left up to the discretion of the Court. Thousands of individuals are then forced to file completions motions on their own each year.
