Brittany co-founded Post Conviction Project in 2024, helping establish the organization's Reentry Services pillar alongside its legal services mission. As the organization's first Director of Reentry Services, she developed and oversaw programs designed to help individuals successfully transition back into society, drawing on experience in nonprofit leadership, legal research, and workforce development. Her work focused on practical solutions supporting returning citizens in securing employment, housing, and community resources, reflecting her founding vision of a reentry pipeline built alongside PCP's legal advocacy work.
